Being a fee for service practice, payment in full is required on the date services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Care Credit as forms of payment. We offer discounted fees for cash and personal check payments.

If you have dental insurance, it is recommended that you read your insurance policy carefully to verify that your procedures are covered. If you have questions pertaining to your policy, please contact your insurance company directly for clarification. As a courtesy to our patients, our billing department will gladly submit your claim to your insurance company on your behalf.

Because no one likes financial surprises, our billing department will gladly forward all treatment plans to your insurance company for a predetermination if you have an initial visit prior to treatment.
